We offer to all our customers 30 Days NO questions asked returns. Don't like the item? Ok, you can request a return in 30 days from the delivery date.
Here are some requirements you need to follow:
- Contact us on our support email: firstname.lastname@example.org and request to return your product.
- Provide us with your order number and reason for the return (Don't like it, No longer needed, Damaged etc.)
- If your items are damaged on arrival please can you provide a picture or video of the damage to the items. This is for our records and is essential when returning damaged items. If you are unable to do this or have difficulty with this please contact us directly
We will provide you with return instructions so you can send the package back and receive a full refund.
Additional requirements you need to meet in order for your return request to be accepted:
- You can request a full refund no longer than 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days are up we can only offer a store credit for your returned items up to 30 days after recorded delivery is made.
- The item should be unused or damaged.
- The item must be sent in the original package.
- The customer must provide a valid tracking number of the package when the package is shipped.
Please include your order number on the front of the package in order for your refund to be processed quickly.
All refunds are processed within 7 days upon receiving the package back in our office. The original cost of the return is not included in the refunded.
